October 2023

Since first rehearsal is tomorrow, I figured I should announce this news.

I am incredibly proud and excited to share that I will be portraying The Beast in Beauty and the Beast at the Walnut Street Theatre this holiday season.

If you’ve known me a while, then you’ll know this show and this theatre both mean an incredible amount to me. It was my first role in high school, it’s my favorite Disney movie. It’s the theatre that shaped my formative years through all the shows and classes and Camp Walnut in the summer, the theatre where I worked as an Acting Apprentice right after college graduation. A lot of stars aligned regarding this project, and I am humbled and grateful to be a part of it.

This is going to be an amazing experience and I cannot wait to get started working with this outstanding cast and crew. Tickets are on sale now, get them while you can, and I hope to see you there!

September 2023

So, in honor of yesterday being National Read-A-Book Day, I’ve got some cool news to share:
I WON SOME AWARDS!

So, for context, I entered three different projects into the 2023 Readers’ Favorite Awards for Best Fiction Audiobook. I’ve entered, before, did fairly well, and I felt strongly that at least one of these projects would win something.
All of them did. Ghost of the Truthseeker took home the Finalist Award, Parallax Rising alongside Rebecca Woods continued its series’ winning streak with an Honorable Mention, and The Executioners was honored with the Gold Medal.

Needless to say, I was floored and still am.

A massive thank you to Readers Favorite for these honors, I am incredibly grateful you thought so highly of each these works and felt they all deserved something. Thank you also to Royal Guard Publishing and Christopher Hopper and of course Chris Kennedy for trusting me wholeheartedly with these works. That trust allows me to fully give 100% to everything I do and leave no creative stone unturned. And a big thank you to everyone who gives or has given me a listen.
I hope you enjoy what I do, because I very much enjoy it myself.

The job feels very good today.

July 2023

So this past weekend was pretty awesome. Not only did I attend the inaugural HopperCon hosted by the impeccable Christopher Hopper and his incredible family, but I was invited as a panelist to speak about one of the best series I’ve gotten to work on in my career alongside the always excellent Rebecca Woods.

Working the job I work, I don’t really get a chance to meet the people who might listen to my books. Typically, it’s throwing sound into the void and hoping someone likes it. Well, I got to meet a lot of someones who loved it, and that meant the world. I wouldn’t trade that for anything.

Also, being the very first winner of the newly minted Valorious Award for Best Male Voice Actor did a lot to show me how many people liked what we did.

It was an honor and privilege to be a part of the first one, and I’m already looking forward to the next one and all the ones after that.

February 2023

Well, what a way to start the day! Just found out that Dragon's Envoy by James Haddock has reached #32 on the Audible Best Sellers List! I am happy, humbled, and excited to see where else it might go!
January 2023

Happy New Year! Just a quick update to say that I'm celebrating my 150th audiobook release this month. Huzzah!

September 2022

I am ecstatic to share that over the weekend, I received two separate honors from the Readers’ Favorite Awards for my audiobook work. Not only did my performance on the fantastic story “Oblivion Awaits” written by Christopher Hopper and co-performed with the always talented Rebecca Woods win the bronze, but my own solo work on “Soulstealer” by Shane Boulware was also chosen as a finalist!

A massive thank you to the Readers Favorite voters. It helped make an already great weekend even better, and I hope that it helps to bring more attention to these two wonderful works. Now onto the next one!

Forsooth, I hath done a thing! And verily I say, it was a frickin’ blast. I didn’t even realize until I stepped offstage that this was my first time performing onstage since before a certain pandemic period. And to be able to do that in such a fun show with one of the kindest and most generous cast and crew combos I’ve ever worked with meant the world to me. Also shout out to my fellow Wonderstudies because I cannot count how many times we’ve randomly run whole scenes in the lobby. You’re all lovely and I am privileged to be among your ranks.

And so, to the entire Romeo and Bernadette familigia, I offer thanks and ever thanks.

Edit: I have since gone on as Romeo (and Tito!) multiple times and each has been a wonderful gift! Salute!

Surprise theatre announcement! After two years of watching and waiting, I am incredibly excited to announce that I will be joining the cast of the upcoming Off-Broadway production of Romeo & Bernadette! I will be heading on over to Theater555 here in Midtown to understudy three wonderful people, including Mr. Romeo himself.

Not gonna lie, I am a little nervous to be jumping right back into theatre after two years away from it. But working on a charming musical comedy with some wonderfully talented performers?
Well, I think that should help me shake off the nerves!

Incredibly exciting news! I’m incredibly proud to announce that I will be working with Podium Audio as an official Audio Collaborator! Working with them on and off for the past year and change has been an absolute joy, and to be chosen alongside some of the biggest and most talented names in audio today as a branded representative of the company is absolutely insane. Thank you so much to the wonderful folks at Podium for putting this much trust in me. I promise to prove it was worth it. Onwards and upwards, friends!

New and exciting developments! Just saw today that not only is Wizard’s Alley the Number 2 in the Epic Fantasy category on Audible and Amazon but it is officially on the Audible Best Seller List! And this is an independent release from MONTHS ago, mind you! No extra studio or publisher backing, just the author and me with a mic and a closet. This is insane to me. Fully floored and truly thankful.

Check it out on Audible here!

Edit: As on 5/24/2021, Wizard's Alley is currently at a peak position of #40.

Lots of updates in the VO world. First, I will be producing three solo works: Murder at Venegoni's by Christopher M. Rutledge, Wizard's Alley by James Haddock, and Rising Alpha by USA Today best-selling author Jen L. Grey! In addition to that, I shall be producing Fallen Ambitions, Eric J. Vann's follow-up to his well received debut novel Soul Weaver, with Jessica Threet later this month. Finally, I shall be dipping my toe into the world of video games and lending my voice to the upcoming mod Skyrim: Extended Cut. It is almost an entire re-hauling of the game and I am set to voice both existing and original characters. My plan to being in an Elder Scrolls game is one step closer to achieving fruition!

May 2020

Voice over updates! New audio book announcement! I will be working in conjunction with Podium Audio and featured as one of the two narrators for the Forsaken series! Fans of dark fantasy will appreciate this brand new series and will be available wherever audio books are sold!
